2. User Responsibility & Wallet Security
AmplifyNFT is a decentralized application (“dApp”) that interacts with the Base blockchain. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and any transactions you approve. We do not have access to your funds or personal data. Never share your private keys or seed phrase with anyone.
3. Content Uploaded by Users
AmplifyNFT allows users to upload, mint, and list NFTs. We do not pre‑screen, endorse, or verify the legality, ownership, or appropriateness of any content uploaded by users. You are solely responsible for the content you mint and list. AmplifyNFT does not claim ownership of any user‑uploaded content.
4. Permanent Storage & Arweave
NFT metadata and media files are stored permanently on Arweave via Irys. Once uploaded, data cannot be modified or deleted. AmplifyNFT has no ability to remove or alter content after it has been minted. You acknowledge and accept the permanent nature of blockchain and Arweave storage.
5. No Warranty
AmplifyNFT is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmplifyNFT and its developers, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or reputation, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction regarding the use of cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and blockchain technology. AmplifyNFT does not provide services to persons in sanctioned countries or jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited.
